Meet the Doctors and Staff

Larry F. Perkins, DDS, PA

Dr. Larry Perkins was born and raised in Haynesville, LA and a graduate of Northwestern State University and the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Perkins began his practice in 1994 in the Hickory Grove area and has added another office in Wesley Chapel to serve Union County and to be near his wife and three children. Dr. Perkins performs all aspects of dentistry to insure health and comfort to all patients. Dr. Perkins and his family are active members of Siler Presbyterian Church in Wesley Chapel, NC.

Dr. Perkins enjoys sports with his two sons, Jake and Hunter who play football, wrestle and play golf. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Wesley Chapel Family Dentistry Staff

Tracey - is a hygienist who has been with Dr. Perkins since 1994. Tracey is married to Jack and has three children, Shelbey, Aubrey and Riley.

Tammy - is a hygienist who has been with Dr. Perkins since 2007. Tammy is married to Travis and has two children, Makenzi and Bayden.

Missy - is a dental assistant who has been with Dr. Perkins since 2004. Missy is married to Randy and has one son, Matt.

Sandra - is the office coordinator and has been with Dr. Perkins since 2005. Sandra is married to Rick and has a daughter Morgan and two stepsons Jason and Chris and one grandson, Brayden.

Michael T. Williams, DMD

Dr. Michael Williams earned his B.S. Degree in Microbiology at Mississippi State University; he then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. After finishing dental school Dr. Williams continued his education by completing a General Practice/Hospital Dentistry Residency at the University of Alabama-Birmingham where he was able to gain experience in implant dentistry, minimal sedation, and treatment of complex dental cases. Dr. Williams is an active member in the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).

Dr. Williams and his wife Jennifer will welcome their first child in February and are excited to call Charlotte their new home. In his spare time, Dr. Williams enjoys cycling, tennis, playing the guitar, and discovering great new music.

Family Dentistry at Hickory Grove Staff

Matilda- is a hygienist who has been with Dr. Perkins since 1994. Matilda is married to Frank and has two grown children Tracey and Frankie. Matilda also has six grandchildren, 3 boys and 3 girls.

Morgan- is a dental assistant who has been with Dr. Perkins since March of 2010. Morgan enjoys cake decorating and spending time with friends, family and her dog Dixie.

Susan - is the office coordinator and has been with Dr. Perkins since 2004. Susan has two grown daughters that live in Vermont.

Betty - is the office manager who has been with Dr. Perkins since 2006. Betty has two grown children and seven grandchildren.
